Often with all these new technologies, marketing tools and channels it gets a little crazy and confusing.  Whats this twitter all about?  Whats facebook?  I dare you to poke me.  There has been probably more development in the last 2 years in terms of ways to communicate than there has been in the last 50 years.

This week Google just launched it's twitter inclusion service which shows up in the web search results, so now you can see instantly what people are saying. I can understand why people get over whelmed by it all, there is so much to take in.

Quite often I hear "Don't talk to me about website stuff" from business owners, which in today's world totally surprises me.  With so many customers coming through the Internet in many instances it's the first place any potential customer will start.   How many times have you heard people say "I will google it", in today's world if you are not thinking about online PR, marketing then you are probably 5 years behind your competitors.
